Between now and March 2023 there are 295,000 trees available to households that fill in a Plant a Tree for Me online form. Once the form has been completed, a tree sapling will be planted on your behalf in Wales.
Your tree will be allocated to a landowner in Wales providing green space for this project. The landowners are based all over Wales, and range from large forestry organisations to small community groups. They will care for these saplings, ensuring they grow to healthy trees that will clean the air for generations to come.
In February, hubs across Wales will re-open to the public where residents can pick up saplings and receive guidance on how to plant them in their own gardens.
For residents unable to access hubs, the scheme will post trees out to households. There are are 40,000 postal trees available on a first-come, first-served basis.
