After a cold and particularly wet winter, spring is finally here.

We love this time of year, and not just because on 1 March we celebrate St David’s Day, our National Day.

Spring is a beautiful time of year in Wales with the countryside and gardens springing back into life.

It’s also when many of our winter sporting competitions reach their climax.

We’ve created a section about spring – March to May, to give you a flavour of what Wales is like during this season.
