Snowdonia peak renamed after Welsh princess

Carnedd Uchaf in the Ogwen Valley, Snowdonia has been renamed after Carnedd Gwenllian in honour of Princess Gwenllian, the daughter of Llywelyn, the last native Prince of Wales.
