Activities in Wales
If you feel like getting active, Wales offers plenty of choice. Because we’re a small nation that comes equipped with mountains, hills, rivers and the sea, you can easily try whatever takes your fancy. How does mountain biking in the morning, coasteering in the afternoon and a round of golf at a leading European course in the evening sound?
Take a ride on the longest zip wire in the northern hemisphere, or you could have great fun underground at Go Below and Bounce Below.
Star gazers can head to the Brecon Beacons National Park or Snowdonia National Park, as both are International Dark Sky Reserves. What about surfing in the scenic surroundings of Surf Snowdonia.
Whether you're an expert in your field or a total novice, you’ll find something to do - wild, new, exciting or relaxing.
Find out more about all our activities including walking, fishing, watersports and horse riding at our sister site Visit Wales.
